What Unicorn Art Club is
Unicorn Art Club is the art investor club of Unicorn Private LLC, reserved for accredited and qualified investors. Each club deal concerns one artist, not a single work chosen in advance: members commit capital to the artist, and the work is selected and bought afterwards.
Membership is separate from Unicorn Club: own account, own subscription, USD 99 per month or USD 890 per year. The membership fee is not an investment and is not invested.
How the club deal for each artist works
- Minimum commitment: USD 100,000 per member and per artist. For US residents USD 200,000 (individuals) and USD 1,000,000 (entities).
- Payment of the full amount by bank wire or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), separately from the membership.
- Selection window of 12 months from the start of the selection.
- The experts choose a work with verified provenance, a condition report and an appraisal.
- Purchase through a dedicated vehicle (SPV) for each artist: members hold interests in the vehicle.
- Custody in an insured art storage facility.
- Expected exit between 3 and 7 years, through an auction or a private sale.
If no suitable work is found within 12 months, the capital paid in is returned.

Costs
The same principles as the club deals of Unicorn Club apply: the membership fee is separate from investments, each investment is paid in full, and the costs of the vehicle are described in the offering documents. Items:
- Club membership: USD 99 per month or USD 890 per year, not an investment and not invested.
- Unicorn Private fee: only 20% of the gain on the sale of the work. No annual management fee.
- Custody, insurance and appraisals: borne by the artist's vehicle (SPV), from the capital raised and in proportion to the shares, estimated at 0.5% to 1.5% per year of the value of the work.
- Purchase of the work (auction or seller commissions, transport): actual costs borne by the artist's vehicle, paid at cost from the capital raised, with no markup.
- Setup and management of the vehicle (SPV): actual costs borne by the vehicle, paid at cost from the capital raised, with no markup.
- Sale at exit (auction house commissions): actual costs borne by the vehicle, paid at cost, with no markup. Each member sees the detail in the vehicle documents.
